Here is a link to my video.

Problem: I had some trouble with editing software. I had all my images pre-loaded but could not figure out how to put them into the video. i wanted them to go hand in hand with the video. i wanted the video to play and have certain images in the video as well.

For my process I recorded two videos and then split screened them. i added an intro and then tried to add pictures.

i believe i would have had better luck with Windows Movie Maker. I like my poem. i think this project was a good idea.

Edited:

My new video came out rather choppy because of the video software I used. It is Movie Zilla. It was the only one that could do what I wanted to do. Unfortunately Movie Maker is no longer offered and I don't have it on my laptop.

On a whole I've ran into technology issues when making this project. I think my idea was good and my videos were fine as well as images it was just putting it all together that I had a problem with.

  1. to be honest, I quite liked the first video we saw of yours in class. i liked the split screen and seeing you speak almost to yourself while you were sleeping/knocked out. it was a cool concept. either way, you did a great job and your poem was cool!

  2. Noah, I think this realization that glitches happen and need some lead time to sort out was probably a good lesson. I think Clipchamp would have done what you wanted if I follow you here. What I'd love to know more about is how you selected the images, what mood and tone you were trying to create and how the choices you made along the way helped you achieve those goals. Seems like you're a man of few words, but in the case of reflection, it's useful to dig a little deeper and analyze your work with more depth and detail.
